Lands is how we claim land on our server, land is claimed by the chunk. The first few are free then it adds $100 each time aka your 10th land claim will cost $1000! You can create your land with /l create name edit your land with /l and add your friends with /l trust

You can even set a land spawn with /l setspawn and teleport to it at anytime with /l spawn
